FAQ

  • When do the weekend rentals start and end?

    Weekend rentals start on Saturday 9am and end Sunday 9pm.

  • Can I cancel after booking?

    You can make changes or cancel reservations up to 48 hrs before your scheduled rental delivery. Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Do I need to make deposits?

    You do not need to make deposits until delivery. However, package deal reservations require a 50% deposit and the balance is due upon delivery. All rentals and optional insurance must be prepaid in full upon delivery. 

  • Do you sanitize your rentals?

    All rental materials and equipment are sanitized after every use and before delivery.

  • What happens if I break a chair, table, or bouncy castle?

    Renters have the option to pay a flat fee for insurance starting at $79 for the Basic package, $99 for the Deluxe package or $149 for the Premium package. Clients are responsible for the care of any material during the rental period and are liable for any broken materials. 

    • Chair = $30
    • Table = $45
    • Bouncy castle: $300 for repairable damages or $800 flat fee buyout
    • Tents: $30 per broken pole or $450 flat fee buyout

  • What is the duration for the package deals?

    All rental packages are for one day and additional fees for a two-day weekend.


    All removals are done on the last day of the rental period before sunset. Client must schedule the removal date during booking so that pick up can be planned accordingly.


    Renters are allowed to take down tents and fold chairs/tables for pickup a day after the rental period.
